Pray, Sit and Heal
Shifting focus from self-reliance and running to surrendering pain to God for restoration.

Awakenings from Psalm 147: 3
He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.
From "Fixing" to "Rebuilding"
What are YOU telling yourself about yourself? What is your self-reported narrative? In Genesis chapter three, Adam tried to hide himself from the presence of God (Genesis 3: 11). The narrative Adam told himself about himself and the thing he did, handcuffed him with shame and self-pride. Don't YOU have the tendency to do the same thing? YOU hide from not only yourself, but from the presence of God. This keeps YOU in a constant struggle and this struggle leads YOU to hide in empty distractions, meaningless discussions and continuous denial. These are ways to avoid self-reflection and keeps YOU hidden from your true potential.
The first step to healing yourself is to agree with yourself. Be in agreement; to agree with someone you must have an understanding with that person, so seek first to understand who you are and what story are you telling yourself about yourself.
At times YOU can be a regular prosecuting attorney against yourself. Remember, everything in life comes from the ideas in your mind. The main thing is; If you feel some type of away, feel it. Then pray about it.
Pray. Sit. and and let His Holy Spirit Heal YOU.
