The Shift from "Public Praise" to "Private Prep"

We live in an "Microwave" culture that loves the result but hates the process, we want everything instantly. Quick without putting in the work in the kitchen.

The paradigm shift is: The game is won in the dark. Character is what you do at 5:00 AM in an empty gym when no one is cheering.

The Shift: Love the process of becoming more like Jesus more than the applause of men.

TheVerse: All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty. (Proverbs 14:23)
